A world where every new mother feels supported, connected, and valued.
We envision a future where no mother is left behind during the vulnerable postpartum period. Every woman should have access to safe spaces, trusted guidance, and meaningful connections that make the transition into motherhood smoother and more joyful.
By building networks of care, fostering resilience, and raising awareness, we are shaping a society where postpartum wellbeing is prioritized as much as maternal and infant health.

We are dedicated to transforming maternal mental health by tackling depression and anxiety with the aim of reducing their impact by 50%.
We exist to break the cycle of isolation, improve recovery in the postpartum years, and provide restorative, community-led support that helps mothers heal, thrive, and build stronger foundations for their families.

Meet The Founder
Genevieve Ama
As a CBT therapist working within NHS services, I had the privilege of supporting perinatal clients and developed a specialist interest in neuropsychiatry. My work has always centred on women's mental health, helping mothers regulate and restore their nervous systems.
Becoming a mother myself in 2019 gave me a new perspective. I spent my first year of motherhood during lockdown, which highlighted just how isolating and overwhelming the journey can be without adequate support or community. While my training as a therapist gave me the tools to navigate those challenges, I couldn't help but wonder-how were other mothers coping without this knowledge?
This question led me to begin building a small online community to support maternal mental health. In 2022, I welcomed my second child and faced my own personal challenges once again. Through that experience, I learned deeply about the importance of allowing time for recovery after birth, leaning into community, and prioritising self-care for mental wellness.
Out of these lessons, The Wellbeing Blueprint Community was born. Our first project, Fill My Cup, was inspired by Psalm 23 and created during a season where I felt empty and prayed to be refuelled. What began as a challenging moment became a source of purpose and vision: a belief that no mother should be forced to pour from an empty cup, but instead be supported to live and mother from a place of fullness.
